Kyle Kavanagh (C5) personality type is ESFJ, and it's an easy one to spot.
"They're the most giving and helpful people I know," says the 37-year-old from Melbourne. "They'll take time out of their day to help others and make them feel better."
Kavanagh's in a long-term relationship with fellow ESFJ C5 Stevie, and they've been together since 2000. They married in April and say that even though they're both types that communicate well, they choose to work out their differences in different ways.
"I'm much more logical and Stevie's always been more emotional," Kavanagh explains. "It's about timing and not playing into each other's emotions. That can be difficult sometimes but that's the key to a good relationship."
When it comes to the types, Kavanagh says she's "always" thought ESFJ was the most common of the four subtypes, but she wouldn't say it's her most common type. She describes herself as "very introverted" rather than extroverted, but says she's also not shy.
"If you're introverted you can be more reserved, but I'm not at all shy.
