Lich personality type is INTJ, but that is not the only personality type that is capable of being a good leader.
It is true that being INTJ, or any other INTJ-like personality type is more likely to be a good leader than being a N/ESTJ, or any other N/ESTJ-like personality type. However, the emphasis on leadership alone, would be a mistake.
The fact of the matter is that all of the different personality types who have been proven to have leadership potential, have achieved maximum potential when they have been free to pursue their own interests, and not bound by a team-oriented mission. And this can only be achieved by having a team with high individualism, and where the leader’s task is to provide the structure and essential guidelines for the team to achieve their goals, as well as providing support for the team members as they pursue their own interests.
So, why are there so many more INTJ’s in the world than there are N’s? The answer is that the N’s were trained to be slaves for their ENTJ leaders.
