Troll Warlord personality type is ESTP, and the other is ESFP. I don't know if these are strictly accurate, but it seems to fit pretty well.
A mature ESTP does not show up in the same way as a mature ESFP or an immature ESTP. Just because a person is immature at one point doesn't mean they'll become mature later on. ESTP's do mature, but it's not based on the same rules that most other types follow. I think it's more like a matter of where they've been, and what they've learned, rather than on their inherent nature.
My stereotype of an ESTP is that they are bold, daring, and often volatile. They tend to be more impulsive than those of other types, but in a very positive way. They have no problem with making snap judgments about situations that don't seem to make sense at first.
I have never met an ESTP that was not very intelligent. They are very good at learning new concepts, and often know more about things which are of no interest to them than anyone else around them. They can be extremely smart in any area of study, from math to computers to foreign languages.
