Rotxo personality type is ESTP, or the "energetic, spontaneous, and practical" type. ESTPs are outgoing, impatient, and impulsive, and tend to be self-assured, uninhibited, and even a bit brash. Though ESTPs are often perceived as fearless, daring, and even risk-taking, it's important to remember that they are often rash, even reckless. In fact, ESTPs are often reckless because they are direct and too blunt in their speech.
ESTPs can be very charming and even very charming in the right situations; however, they tend to be more aggressive than other personality types. They may act confident in a crowd, but they often feel insecure in small groups where they feel there is no one to support them. They are often reluctant to express their feelings of inferiority, but this often manifests itself in their competitive nature.
This all adds up to what I like to call ESTP's "the mask." This mask is the ESTP's outward, confident personality. It's the ESTP's ability to put on a show and be the life of the party that makes other people believe that they are more confident than they really are.
