Although being extroverted might be important for this job, being introverted is also important because it allows me to have some peace and time to have fun with friends.
I’m not very talkative by nature, but I make an effort to be friendly with everyone. More importantly, I make an effort to listen to people, since they are the most important part of my job. I often ask them questions, rather than talking about my own experiences. Moreover, I’m always thinking of ways to improve my communication skills.
I’m not sure, but I think my personality type allows me to be more calm and collected. I can handle any situation quickly and efficiently, which is helpful in my career. I’m also able to think of multiple solutions to any problem, so I can come up with new ideas for how to do things better. For instance, when I first started my job, I used to assign myself tasks on the spot.
