Furido personality type is INTJ, especially when they're in 'furry mode'. I don't think there's any official numbers, but I've heard the INTJ population is about 8% (which makes sense as INTJ is the most common of all the types), and that their furries are about 20%, which again makes sense as it's a very common thing for INTJs to do.
I have one INTJ friend who considers himself a furry, and he's a damn fine artist, so it's not a stretch to think there's a lot of INTJs who are furries.
