Sasori personality type is ISTJ, but the real Sasori is type ENTP, which is why he's the architect of the Akatsuki.

Why do they hate humans so much?
The only reason I could think of was because of the Chuunin exams. Naruto and Sasuke were both very strong and they kept getting in the way of others' chance to pass the exam, eventually leading to the death of one of them. So in order to protect their own chances to pass, they had to kill those two.
There is no other reason I can think of. The only thing is that they could be disgruntled that they weren't able to kill them themselves, but I don't know why they would be. So yeah, that's my answer:

I think that at first it was because of his parents and the fact that he didn't even know about them until he was older.
