Tsunade (Road to Ninja) personality type is ISFJ, which is the outer-worlder (i.e. people first) type. Jounin are ISFJ even if they lack the first worldliness of an Anbu, who is the outer-worlder of sorts. As for Jounin that don't even fit into the above "ISFJ" class, they're not really "Jounin" in my opinion, but that's just me.
Like I said before, you're wrong about the Jounin being ISFJ. In the book, there are Jounin that have a Tsunade personality type, and those does not include ISFJ.
EsotericMuffin I don't know what you mean by a "normal" Jounin. There is no such thing as a normal Jounin. If a Jounin is not a Ninjutsu specialist, is not a Taijutsu specialist, is not a space-time specialist, is not a weapon specialist, and cannot be a fuinjutsu specialist, there is no such thing as a normal Jounin.
