Because we are so sensitive and empathetic, we have a hard time reading others and understanding their perspectives.
Because of this, we have a hard time being assertive or even standing up for ourselves. We get easily overwhelmed by our emotions and by other people's emotions. We like to avoid conflict and conflict situations, as they can cause us great distress.
This is why many ENFPs struggle with depression. It can be difficult for us to express our emotions effectively when we are depressed, because we don't really know how to cope with our emotions.
