Rachel personality type is ISTJ, a type that is easy to recognize because of its strong sense of duty and obligation. I feel like I have been on a first-name basis with ISTJs for years. I’ve seen their endless commitment to their jobs, to their partners, to their families. I’ve seen the sacrifice they make for their loved ones. But the one trait that ISTJs are known for, is the fact that they are often incredibly good listeners. They are masters at observing people, and they are often the go-to people when you need information about someone.
The thing about ISTJs is that they do not have a need to be the center of attention. They don’t want to be the central point in conversations because they know how to listen. They know how to observe and collect information and they know how to react and respond accordingly.
I always thought that the reason it was so easy for me to identify an ISTJ personality type, was because of the fact that I was raised by an ISTJ mother. My mother is an amazing woman, but she is also extremely introverted.
