I was so thrilled to be asked, that I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. Marty is an ENFJ and is so fabulous!
The first time I met with Marty, she was clearly excited and nervous. She was driving over, and I was actually working in my office.
I was surprised, when she walked in, as I hadn’t known she intended to come in. She asked for a conference room. I offered her the conference room in my office, as we were short on conference rooms, and she declined. I had a moment of “Oh, no!” but quickly recovered and said “Okay.” I showed her in, and started talking about what we would be doing for the interview. I was a bit surprised at how well she did with the interview. She came back after 45 minutes or so, and we ended up going over the same questions a second time. She had clearly taken notes and wanted to make sure that she got it all right.
