ESTP is the “Go-Getter” personality type. ESTPs are terrific at getting things done. They’re very much the “doers” and “improvers.” They prefer to get things done without a lot of “talk.” They are quick to be excited about what they are doing. They like to multitask and have a tendency to place orders very quickly. They are often fun and exciting to be around because of their sense of urgency.
They have a tendency to rush into things without thinking them through first. They often make decisions quickly, which they sometimes regret later. They are often very direct and like to communicate their thoughts and feelings quickly. They want to get things done, and get them done well.
ESTPs are usually very persistent and persistent, though sometimes this can be seen as stubbornness or egotism.
