Inara Serra personality type is ENFJ, and in the TV series they’re called the ‘empath’. I’m really enjoying my new favorite ‘type’; I find that it makes me more fun to talk about and with, and my friends and I all share a passion for this type.
Now, my friend Amanda, who has a type of ESFJ, just called me to say that she’s reading this post and loving it. She goes to a lot of professional conferences, and she says that people just don’t talk about themselves there. They’re all so “me, me, me”. And she’s right. Most of us don’t tell each other about ourselves at conferences. Except for people who are very extroverted, extroverts are usually the ones who are the most interested in talking about themselves. But if you are an extrovert, you are probably not an ENFJ or an INFJ or an INFP or any of the other non-extrovert types that I’ve talked about here. And I hope this information helps you be more comfortable sharing yourself with others at conferences.
