Chef mask personality type is ENTP, which is one step closer to INTP, which is my personal favorite. I’ll never forget when I first heard the name of the “chef mask” personality type in episode two, in which Tony describes the mask in-depth. It was the first time I had heard the masks described in such detail, and I was amazed when he said it could be used in various ways to help express the personality. This was when I realized that the “chef” mask was not just one mask for one personality type, but many masks for many different types.
INTPs are so well known for their love of puzzles, theories, and ideas that it is easy to think that they would not like to be identified with a “chef” who is happy to cook, fix things, and fix people. But this is wrong. Chefs are experts in their craft, but they can also be experts in human relationships. They are experts at reading people, and they know how to make them feel comfortable and at ease.
We all know INTPs who are quiet, studious types who prefer to let others speak before they do.
