MC personality type is ENFP, according to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. But I’ll explain what I mean by that in a minute.
ENFPs are great at being an “idealist” or “visionary.” They are often very good at articulating what they want in life, and why they think it’s important. They are extremely interested in helping others, and are often very good at identifying the big problems of the world.
For instance, I’ve heard many ENFPs talk about “poverty,” but they’re not talking about household income. They’re talking about poverty in terms of human needs: in terms of basic health care and nutrition. They’re talking about poverty in terms of basic human rights: in terms of fair and equal treatment for all people.
ENFPs are often very good at seeing the potential value in something, and seeing how it could help solve a problem.
But they can be really bad at laying out the steps to get to their big idea.
