They are not only unique but very rare, and I believe it is this rareness which makes INFP personality types so special.
When I first started writing about INFP personality types (in my book “Thrive”) I was surprised at the number of people who found the description of INFP personality types to be untrue.
I was not surprised by the number of INFP’s who told me that they were misunderstood. I was surprised that there were so many people who found them to be untrue. I felt like I had discovered a new species of creature whom everyone knew existed but no one had ever seen.
I felt like everyone was looking for them but nobody could find them. It was like looking for a unicorn in the wild.
