Lime Chiffon or "Lime Light" is one of Strawberry Shortcake's new friends she met mid-way through the 1980's series. She makes her first animated appearance in the third special. Instead of being depicted with the similar personality in her previous version, she was depicted as a selfish child star. She believes that no one can do anything better than her and claims some people as jealous. She is also depicted as mean to her fans and also claims some people as overreacting. She was then reformed by Strawberry Shortcake by the end of the episode.
