Haruse personality type is ISFP, but with an extra letter, ESFP, in the name. I would say FPs are the most distinct from each other, not least because they are all strongly differentiated in terms of their functions, but also because they make up the largest group by far. The ESFJs and ESFPs, in particular, have a very close similarity to each other, and they are in fact so similar that they are often mistaken for one another. I have found that people tend to have very strong feelings about the differences between the two types, and I have also noticed a tendency for people to use words like “nice” for the ESFP and “mean” for the ISFP. But if we examine the actual function of these two types, we see that this is a very superficial way of looking at them. ISFPs are quite nice by nature and by temperament, and SFPs are quite mean by nature and by temperament. The same can be said for the ESFJs and ESFPs as well.
