She's usually described as being very blunt, or "straight to the point" which is usually considered an ESFP trait. However, she doesn't seem to be very bold. She gets her point across, but she doesn't seem to be too outspoken.
I think the reason she doesn't seem to be outspoken is because she's not really an extrovert. She's more quiet, reserved, thoughtful, thoughtful. She also doesn't seem to have that "get-it-done" personality that ESFPs are known for. She has that "think-y" personality that INTJs are known for. And it's not even the INTJ's usual case, their usual case is quiet and reserved, not loud and flashy. So I think this person's description is almost almost spot on with the INTJ case.
She also seems to be incredibly loyal to her friends. Not only does she seem to be loyal to them in general, but she's also loyal to them in a very specific way.
