Morgan personality type is ESTP, the “shrewd” personality type. ESTPs have a natural tendency to be more carefree and more spontaneous than other types. They are more likely to make quick decisions, put things off to the side as long as possible, and not keep up with tasks. All of this is good for getting things done, but it can also be a downfall for ESTP types. They can be overwhelmed by the amount of work and responsibility that they have to take care of, which can lead to procrastination. It can also lead to careless mistakes that the ESTP will attribute to just the stress or pressure of the situation. ESTPs can also be impatient. They see things from the get-go and are not willing to wait around for something to happen when they want it to happen. ESTPs are more likely to take risks and do things on their own, rather than asking for help or support from others. They also have an innate tendency to make snap judgments, which can lead them into trouble. They tend to ignore signs that an interaction might be a bad idea and jump right into a situation before they have thought it through. This can lead them into difficult situations, especially if they are in over their head.
