Kaoru personality type is ISFJ, but the results still show that he has a strong preference for Seiran. The other three characters that we know for certain to be ISFJs are Chiharu, Haruhi and Mikuru, and while none of them are quite as fond of Seiran as Kyouya is, they do like it more than anything else. Even if we ignore Seiran for a second and look at the four other characters who are shown to be ISFJs in the anime, all four of them are fond of Seiran with the exception of Haruhi. If we assume that the personality types are independent of one another, then Haruhi’s low score on Seiran means that she is not an ISFJ at all, which is a possibility I will address later on.
Another thing to consider is that Kyouya is not an ISFJ either. He prefers Seiran with the strongest preference of the four characters with which he is shown interacting. However, he does not have a strong preference for it over any other item. He also has the most interactions with the item. This means that he is likely not an ISFJ either.
Kaoru is a soft-spoken and mild-mannered woman.
