You play the game like any other action game, swinging your weapon about, sneaking up on enemies, taking your time to find your perfect shot, and when all else fails, just pulling out your revolver and blasting everyone away. There are no real stealth mechanics in the game. This is not Resident Evil. You do what you do best in Metal Gear Solid V, which is to sneak up on enemies and take them out with stealth kills. This is not like Splinter Cell where you can take out enemies with a headshot. This game has no such mechanics.
