Queer-Anarchist personality type is INFP, so I'm not surprised.
I'm curious about the "hierarchical" part. In my experience, INFPs are extremely egalitarian, especially in the workplace.
No, it's a way to be able to see the world from an outsider's perspective. I'm a little bitter at the way I was treated when I got fired from my first job, and I think that's where this comes from.
I've always been a bit of an introvert, and I had a hard time making friends in high school. I think the way I was treated by the people who run my former work environment is a good example of this. I was friendly and personable, but they couldn't respect that and they thought I was ridiculous.
That's not to say that I was ever treated badly by my co-workers. I just think that I'm a lot more sensitive to how people perceive me than most people are.
