Robbie Schuurmans personality type is ISTP, which is the only one I know about. I have been studying ISTP from a book I found online and from what I have gathered from people who may or may not be ISTPs. I believe that ISTPs, as a rule, are very independent and self-reliant. They don't like other people telling them what to do. They prefer to make decisions on their own and go about them in their own way. Their decision making process is likely to depend on facts and evidence, which they go about in an analytical way. They will try to plan things out before they do things. They do not like to make mistakes, so they like to make sure they are doing things the right way. They like to take charge, but they also like to be included in the plan. They are often referred to as "quiet" or "unassuming" types. They are often referred to as "control freaks." Their main goal in life is to prove themselves worthy of respect. They like to be in charge of their surroundings, and they like their space (and time) to be respected. They are often referred to as "control freaks."
