I was also lucky enough to have a great grandmother who was a show-off, laughs at her own jokes and made me laugh all the time. She would play with me and read stories to me and tell me scary stories. It molded me into a creative, creative yet cautious person. I’m not afraid to express myself or how I feel but I’m afraid of failure and rejection because I was very dependent on my grandmother. It’s hard for me to admit this but it is true.
