Manaow personality type is ESFP, but in the other two, they were both INTJ. Maowy is likely a mix of both, ESFP and INTJ, but she's a different type from the other two. So, I'm not sure how accurate this account is, but it looks like her type was in the top 5 for each of the games, so she's definitely a strong contender for type.

In FFX-2, she was an Earth-based healer, and she had great stats. She wasn't the best healer in the game (though she did excel at it), but she was okay. She also got another Earth-based armour set in this game, so that's something to consider.
In FFIX, her job was White Mage, which is basically the same as healing in other games. She had the best summoned monster in the game (and one of the best in the series), and she got another White Mage armour set in this game as well. Again, she wasn't necessarily the best white mage in the game (though she was very good), but it was clear that she had great stats.
