Avner personality type is ISFP, whereas his cousin Robert is ISTJ. Aron and Robert are similar in many ways, and I’ve found that the ISFPs in my family tend to have a higher incidence of Aron in their personality type than the ISTJs in my family. I’m in the middle of writing a book on this topic and I’m going to dedicate a chapter to this, but I wanted to get the info out here in case anyone else is interested in this.

He is also a perfectionist, but he is also an overachiever who can be very challenging to work with. Aron is an ISTJ because he is very organized, extremely loyal, and very good at managing people. He is loyal to his family and his friends, but he can get stubborn about his own ideas and ideas of what he thinks others should do. Aron will frequently work hard to be sure that his thoughts about what should happen are correct, even if that means he gets things done his own way.
