Cassim personality type is ESTP, but I'm more of an ENTJ.
So, what do I think about all of this?
I think that a lot of people in the MBTI community don't understand that people have a range of traits and that just because a person is not a pure type does not mean that they have a weak personality type. For the most part, these traits come from one's childhood and how they were raised, so I can understand where people get confused. In my case, my father is an ENTJ and my mother is an ISTJ, so I have some ESTP traits from both sides. I have been thinking about being an ENTJ for a while now, but I think that the MBTI community is a bit too rigid in their processes and their judgments. I know that both sides of my personality are strong, but I am more of a unique combination of both sides.
I think that most people who say that they are not a certain type are most likely saying this because they didn't get good feedback from the community when they tested. I think that the personality type system is a great way to understand yourself and your personality, but it can also be very harmful if you do not embrace it fully.
