History
He was born in October, 1996 in Osaka's Kita-ku. He was raised by an aunt, but he moved in with his mother in the May of 1998 because his aunt started a drug business.
That same year, a robber took a woman hostage and used a gun to threaten her. That robber was shot down by a police officer, but the bullet went through his hand and hit Totoko, who was playing in the garden at the time. The bullet hit her in the head and killed her.
The police gave Hakuryuu the gun that had killed his sister, and he shot the robber, killing him. He was arrested by the police and was taken to the police department, where he was interrogated about what happened. He was released two days later, but he lost his right index finger and right thumb in the process. He later used the gun to commit suicide in order to get revenge on the police and get back at society for what had happened to him and his sister.
