And then you have an introverted leader who’s a little more driven, but still driven enough to have a big personality. I don’t know who that would be, but that person would have to be an introvert.

I don’t know if there was a time when you had a leader who took on too much responsibility, but if there was, it was probably a mistake.
You had to get rid of that person and get somebody who could handle that role.
