An unknown and suspected American serial killer thought to be responsible for the murders of at least nine women and girls in Ohio, between 1981 and 2004. This suspected criminal targeted prostitutes working in parking lots and truck stops located alongside Interstate 71. There are also suspicions that he committed three similar killings in New York, Illinois and Pennsylvania, between 1986 and 1988. Despite some serial killers being brought in with the suspicion that they are related to this criminal, they have all been disproven and is still at large to this day.
