Fidel Antonio Castaño Gil (Amalfi, Colombia, August 8, 1951 - San Pedro de Urabá, January 6, 1994), alias "Rambo", was a Colombian paramilitary. He was the brother of Carlos Castaño Gil, with whom he formed the Autodefensas Campesinas de Córdoba y Urabá (ACCU) group, of which he was the leader until his death in 1994, and also formed Los Pepes, the paramilitary organization that took on Pablo Escobar.
