Robert Gregory Bowers (1972–) is an antisemitic Neo-Nazi who had frequented the "free speech" site Gab. On October 27, 2018, he shot and killed 11 Jewish churchgoers at the Tree of Life – Or L'Simcha Congregation synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.[1] He hates United States President Donald Trump due to Trump supporting Israel and him not hating Jewish people enough.[2] The shooting, despite the shooter denouncing Trump, was said to have been inspired by rhetoric used by the president.[3]
