Like with all people I have observed, he has a few different moods, but they are fleeting.
When I say "moods", I don't mean he is depressed, or angry with anyone. I mean, he is either cheery and happy, or sad with a wistful tone.
If he is sad, he will talk about it a little, and then it's gone. He will never get upset about it, because he can't see it.
He does really well in school, and has a lot of friends. The only reason I know this is because he talks about it a LOT. He will talk about his friends a lot, and his schooling a little.
I'm not sure if the "moods" are related to his personality type, or if they are simply because he is a teenage boy.
Introduced in episode episode 65 this mermaid appears to be paler and more lethargic than Tidy. He also collects trash and other debris maintaining his collection in an organized fashion. Currently there is no name or age given to this character.
