Sandy personality type is ESTP, so I am not the most likely of the four to be a runner myself. But I am not one to shirk responsibility when it is asked of me. I get my butt out there even if I get my butt kicked at it.
So, on this particular morning I get up, get myself dressed, and get my running shoes on. Then I get my keys and get downstairs. I get in my car and start driving. I am very nervous about this run. There is some negative energy around me. There is some negativity floating around me. I am not sure what it is, but it is there.
I don’t know why I feel like this. I don’t know what the source of the negativity is, but it is negative. And that tends to make me nervous about things.
My car is only five minutes away from my house when I decide that I am going to pull over and turn around and go back home. Something is not right. I need to get home. I need to get rid of whatever this is that is causing me to be nervous.
It doesn’t matter that it is only five minutes from home.
