Jing Tian was born on 5th August of the year 1984, in Wuhan, China. At the age of seven, he moved with his family to the nearby city of Guangzhou (Canton). He took up the hobby of photography at ten years of age, and by the time he was fifteen, he had already published two books of his own photographs.
With his parents’ permission, Jing Tian left their home to study at the Beijing Film Academy, where he began acting professionally in 2001, quickly becoming one of the most sought-after actors in China. After graduating from the Beijing Film Academy, Jing Tian then continued his stage career at the Beijing Theatre Academy, where he graduated with a degree in acting.
He is currently based in Beijing, where he is pursuing his career as an actor and director.
