    Bhishma personality type is INFJ, or the "Counselor".  He is the "wise counselor" that works with his brothers to support them in their growth.  The reader will not see Bhishma's "dark side" until the end of the series, when he is trying to stop the war.  The reader will see him in the beginning of the story, when he is grieving Arjuna's death.  He is the only character in the story whose grieving is actually seen, and it's raw.  The reader can feel his pain, and see why he thinks he has to fight for his family.  The reader will hear him in the end of the book, when he is trying to stop the war.  He will be the character that tries to convince Krishna to not fight.  He will be the one that is trying to do everything he can to stop the war, despite what his brothers think of him.  The reader will see him in the last chapter of the book, when he is trying to get Krishna out of the cave.  Like Arjuna, he only knows what he thinks he should do, and is not listening to his heart.
