I think it’s mostly because of the writing style and the fact that this book is about personal development and mental exercises. The author of this book seems to be a clear-headed ESFP, and her writing style is very ESFP-ish.
I read this book on my own, without consulting anyone else, and I had a great time with it. I had a lot of fun discovering the world of ESTP and brainstorming ways to apply these ideas in my life. This book did a good job at helping me get in touch with my inner ESFP and realize and express some of my natural and authentic personality traits.
