Hige personality type is ENTP, a rare type that is often misrepresented as INTP or INTJ. They are the INTPs of the ENTP type, and like INTPs, they use their logical functions to explore possibilities, but they tend to focus on the possibilities that are in the material world. They are also more focused on facts and details, while INTPs are more interested in ideas and abstractions.Hige's theory of personality type is a "masstige" theory. It's a kind of "third way" between the standard MBTI® theory that focuses on dichotomies like sensing/intuition, thinking/feeling, or judging/perceiving, and the the newer "big five" theory that focuses on the five big personality dimensions.I like the Hige theory because it makes a lot of sense for me. Like most ENTPs (and other INTJs), I am a very logical and analytical person. But I also have a lot of interests, and I can't really fit into one category. I also have a lot of interests that I don't "fit into" any one category at all. I find it very interesting to see my preferences and how they fit into the categories.
