Riley Perrin personality type is ESFJ, or Enterprising Self-Fulfilling. ESFJs are the ones that get things done and get people to do them. They’re the people that take charge. They’re the ones that make sure the garbage gets picked up and the dishes get put in the dishwasher.
ESFJs take initiative, and they get the job done. The downside of this is that they can be somewhat pushy. If you have a bad attitude, being pushed around by an ESFJ can really piss them off.
And when pushed, an ESFJ can turn into a full-blown drama queen. They’ll let it all out, and then a week later they’ll still be crying about it. ESFJs are going to let you know when they don’t like something, and if you’re not going to do something about it, then they’re going to let you know.
For example, I’m an ESFJ, and I was once told by my boss that he thought I worked too hard. He was right. I did work too hard, and I worked myself into breaking point.
