Ongo personality type is INFP, and we both think we compare pretty closely to each other, and we both agree that we would be very compatible as friends. I would love to see her as my girlfriend, but I don't think she is as interested as I am as a relationship, as she has mentioned before.
I really like her as a friend, and I think we could find common ground and talk about lots of things, and that would be awesome. But I know she's really busy and doesn't have time for a relationship. I think she's also afraid of getting hurt and losing something important and precious, which is understandable.
I don't know what to do. I feel like telling her how I feel would be selfish and immature and selfishly romanticizing a friendship that's been going on for a few months now. Yet I also feel like it would be pretty devastating to lose her as a friend if she never gets serious with me.
How do I decide? What should I do? Should I go for it? If I do go for it, should I tell her how I feel or wait until she's ready?
