Nick personality type is ESTP, but I know that it's not true because I've seen the whole spectrum. I've known ESTPs who are dominant, who are very bossy, who are very assertive, who are very blunt, who are very rude, who are very, very intense.
I know that ESTP is a very intense, intense, intense type of person. But again, all the type descriptions are designed to help people understand themselves. I don't think they help you understand other people.
I say that because I think that people see your type description and they think, "Oh, that's me. I'm like that."
ISTP says, "Hey, I'm not like that." ISTP says, "I'm not like that. That's not me." ESTP says, "Yeah, I'm like that." ESTJ says, "Yeah, I'm like that. That's me." ESTJ says, "Yeah, I'm like that."
I think it's really important to understand that it's not about other people. It's about how you see yourself. That's the important thing. It's not about anybody else.
It's about what you're like inside.
