Pohatu personality type is ESFP, and I'm an INTJ, so I'm a little offended by his criticism.

Anyways, it's interesting to hear that people can have similar personalities and still disagree.
As a side note, I'm sure I'm not the only person who was surprised that his 4th book was about this. The author has always been about the whiny, sullen and depressed end of the spectrum, and this book is the most upbeat book he has written. It seems like this is the first book he's written where he is actually happy.
My rating: 5. It's not a classic, but it's a good book with a great message.
The Hobbit
I had never read The Hobbit before, so I needed to reread The Lord of the Rings to prepare for this book.
I think it was a good decision to read this one first, because it would take some of the mystery out of what was going on in the rest of the trilogy.
