What can an employer do to help applicants overcome their fears? It’s so tempting to rush through the interview process without spending enough time on each applicant. But if you don’t take the time to really listen to what your applicant says, you will miss out on many of the most important things that they have to say. This is something that is often overlooked by employers who are under pressure to conduct interviews quickly.
