Practical Types are often not the most exciting of ESFJ types, but their practical nature can be an asset in many situations. They are usually good at planning ahead, and will make sure that the family finances are well managed.
However, while they can be very good at rushing into things without thinking them through, they are rarely able to think outside the box. If they are not careful, they will get into trouble because of this.

These ESFJs are often very good at making friends, but sometimes struggle to get on with their friends' families.
