When it comes to workplaces, what is your main area of interest?
My main area of interest has always been in the field of social work, and in particular in the field of mental health. I have a masters degree in Social Work and I currently work as an independent consultant.
What are your personal strengths and weaknesses?
My main strength is my ability to empathize with other people. I am very good at understanding others’ feelings and needs, and I can get them to talk to me fairly quickly. I am also fairly good at explaining things in an understandable way, and I like to think that I am fairly good at looking at things from other people’s perspectives. I am fairly good at listening to people, and I like to think that I am fairly good at giving people constructive feedback. I am also fairly good at motivating people to take action, and can often get them to see things in a different way.
