SEI C personality type is ISFP, but I would argue that many of these aspects of their personalities would be better described to others as "idealist" rather than "spontaneous" or "reliable."I've met a few ISFPs who are much more naturally spontaneous and spontaneous-seeming than me, but I think it's because there's a lot of natural spontaneity in their temperament rather than an artificialness. In contrast, I think ISFPs who are very reliable and reliable-seeming are often people who have a lot of natural reliability in their temperament to begin with. It's just that they may have a lot of anxiety about being unreliable and not being able to live up to others' expectations, so they go out of their way to be reliable.My point is that given the people I've met, I think there is a lot of truth to the idea that the idea of "spontaneous" is related to a certain type of personality, but... I think it's probably more accurate to say that "spontaneous" is a type of personality rather than a type of personality trait.
