SLE H personality type is ISTP, which is a combination of the Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, and Perceiving dichotomy. ISTP personalities are driven by logic and often prefer a structured environment to one that is free-flowing. They can be very practical and driven to accomplish their goals. ISTP types are the most logical of all the types. They do not seek a lot of emotional expression from other people. They can also be very uncomfortable with emotional expression from other people. ISTP's tend to think before acting, and they don't jump into things, but they do have a very practical side. They don't enjoy going out of their way to help others unless there is a logical benefit to doing so. They also tend to be more interested in things than people. ISTP's often have dominant Introverted Sensing and often have dominant Introverted Thinking as well. They are very good at taking in information and data and storing it away for later use. They tend to be very organized and logical and may not use emotions effectively in their decision making process. ISTP's can be very driven and highly motivated individuals who work well under pressure and who perform well in a structured environment.
