SLI-3Te personality type is ISTJ, and the SLI-3Ti type is ISTP. This can be seen in the chart "[w]hat is SLI-3Ti?" (p. 159) and "typology chart" (p. 160).
I am posting the diagram on this page for the sake of completeness, but I do not think it is very helpful in terms of predicting a character's personality type: it is more helpful to look at the chart itself and to look at the descriptions of the descriptions of each type. It is important to note that there is no correspondence between ISTJ and ISTP.
Description of the ISTJ's personality
On its face, ISTJ's type seems to be the most logical: it is one of the three Judging types. It is also one of the four "cognitive" types. This would suggest that it is logical, rational, and impersonal (hence the "rational" in Rationality).
However, it is not logical at all; rather, it is emotional -- that is, highly subjective and personal.
