Aika personality type is ESFP, and that's what I am.

"Type" isn't all that important when you're trying to figure out how to deal with people.
I'm often told that I wasn't surprised when my boss told me I was getting fired; I thought it was a foregone conclusion. But I did have a feeling of some kind of "trauma," a sense of shock and despair, a sense of being abandoned. I knew something was wrong, even if I couldn't quite put my finger on it.
I didn't have a clue how to cope with this feeling. I was in a deep shock, and it's hard to put yourself in the shoes of someone who's been through a trauma. This is just one of the many reasons that "type" isn't really that useful when you're trying to understand someone.
It's also not very accurate -- a lot of people who get fired get a shock and a sense of despair, but they recover quickly. They move on. They don't become traumatized.
The real reason I knew something was wrong came from my empathy for my boss.
